Bruce Wells | Pastor

Originally from Big Spring, Texas, Bruce Wells has served as senior pastor of FBCLC since 1983.  He has been married to his wife Patsy for 41 years.  They have two married daughters, Lisa who lives in Oregon and Beth who lives in South Carolina.  They also have six grandchildren.  He is a graduate of Howard Payne University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  Bro. Bruce brings a love of teaching and pastoring and is gifted as a man of prayer.  When he is not studying or visiting, you can probably find him reading religious classics or biographies.  He also loves to lead small group Bible studies.

Keith Wilkerson | Music Minister

Keith joined the staff of FBCLC in 1988 as minister of music and youth.  When the church called a full time student minister in 1996, he became Minister of Worship.  Keith plays guitar and oversees the choirs, orchestra, worship teams and media teams.  He has been married to his high school sweetheart Debbie for 37 years.  They have two married children, Jennifer of Kilgore and Jeremy of Huntsville, Alabama and four grandkids.  In addition to his work at FBCLC, Keith is a writer of church music and also directs the Singing Men of East Texas.  His passion is seeing people grow as worshipers of God.  When he is not planning worship services or ministering to the FBCLC family, you'll probably find him writing music or watching the Texas Rangers.  

Wayne Eubanks | Administrator

Wayne joined the full-time staff of FBCLC in 1992 bringing with him a number of years experience in business.  He serves as our church administrator and minister of adult education, overseeing a number of ministry teams and non-pastoral staff.  Wayne and Diana have been married for 44 years.  They have two children, David, who lives in Minnesota and Donna who lives in Liberty City and also have 7 grandchildren.  Also trained as a chaplain, Bro. Wayne has a real heart for helping people and is often involved in counseling and providing for people in need.  

Tim Coop | Youth Minister

Tim came to FBCLC as minister of youth in 2008 after serving for a number of years as minister of music and youth.  He gives direction to all areas of our ministry to students and leads a large outreach program for junior high and high school students on Wednesday nights.  Tim is a graduate of Arkansas State University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He and Melinda have been married for 18 years and have two children, Andrew and Emily.  Tim has a great heart to see students come to know the Lord, love His Word and walk with Him every day.  In addition to student ministry, Bro. Tim also plays in our church orchestra and often leads music for our worship services and other events.

Chad Mauldin | Minister of Discipleship

Chad joined the FBCLC Staff as Minister of Discipleship in 2011 after serving as the Director of Ministry and Theology at a Texas Christian boarding school.  He provides direction to all areas of the church as it relates to the task of Discipleship (children, families and adults).  Chad has completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Southwestern Theological Seminary and is currently writing his PhD dissertation for the Free University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.  In addition to his work at FBCLC, Chad is a published author in the area of Christian theology and church history.  He is married (18 years) to April and they have three children: Clayton, Jackson and Carly.  Chad's passion is to facilitate and foster a community of people with an informed faith and a heart for Christian service.
