NOTE: The church library is often not open because we do not have a volunteer available. If you would be interested in helping out in the library, please complete a church ministry commitment card and sign up for the library ministry. The library will be closed when the church offices are closed.

If you have a need other than these times, please contact Debbie Wilkerson at 984-1866. You will be able to return items any time the church is open by placing them in the locked brown box next to the library door.

Library Checkout Procedures:

You will need a library card to check out items. You can request a card by completing a library request form in the library or simple fill out the form below and your card will be ready on the next working day. Cards are kept on file at the church.

The Library needs your help to keep items circulating correctly. Please be sure you check your items out before taking them from the church library. Please be sure to return the video covers and book jackets also.

Donation Guidelines . . .

Our church library is very small, and we do not need more than one copy of any item, except for a few items. Because of limited space in the library at this time, we need to make a few changes in the way we accept donated materials.

1.  If items are left in the library without a name or note, we will assume they are being donated and will handle them according to the following guidelines.

2.  Materials will be sorted according to current needs. Duplicates will be donated to Hope Haven and other libraries, or given away.

3.  If you would like to donate items to the library in memory or in honor of a loved one or friend, please check with the library first, so that we do not have duplicate materials in the library that are not being used.

Summer is a busy time for everyone, including our library volunteers. Generally, the library is open on Tuesdays, from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon, except when a volunteer is unavailable; however, Debbie Wilkerson can get what you need anytime she is at the church.

Attention Teachers . . .

If you recommend books for your class members to read, please send a list of these books to the church library so we can have them ready for circulation when your class members request them.

Library News . . .

If you hare interested in ready for spiritual growth, we have a list of books recommended by Brother Bruce. All of these books are available in the church library.

We have a beautiful Biblical artifacts display in the library. This collection was put together by Glenn Bull and was donated to the library by Regina Bull in his memory. The display is available during regular library hours.
