HiWay 80 Rescue Mission | Longview, Texas
Since 1955, HiWay 80 Rescue Mission has reached out to the hurting and homeless of East Texas by providing food, shelter and clothing for men. Hope Haven was established in 1998 to provide basic food, shelter and clothing for women and children. In 2002, a one-year long term residential program for men, women and children was created called New Creation Discipleship/Recovery. Last year the mission was able to serve over 46,000 meals and provide over 10,000 nights of lodging with the help of over 7,000 volunteers. Over 50 people made professions of faith in Jesus Christ.
