Our church has had a long history of mission involvement in East Africa working with the Maasai people of Tanzania. Our support for this year is in 2 areas:
Theological education - This money is used to help pay tuition for qualified Maasai pastors at Mt. Meru University and to help advance theological education.
Eliah Chilendu - Eliah provides training and leadership for Maasai pastors. He leads the Bible School for pastors at Longido which meets each month for a week. It is felt that an investment in the life of this fine Christian man is an investment in the cause of Christ in East Africa.
